Skill Center Launched at Chapparike School; Jnananidhi Trust Adopts It

A Skill Development Center was inaugurated at the Government Higher Primary School, Chapparike, in Byndoor Assembly Constituency. On the same occasion, the school was formally adopted by the Jnananidhi Educational Trust in a significant step toward enhancing educational infrastructure and opportunities.

The initiative was implemented under the Samruddha Byndoor concept as part of the 300 Trees Project, with the support of Swayam Spoorthi Foundation and funded through the CSR initiative of Toronto Technologies Private Limited.

The event was held on April 8, 2026 (Wednesday) at 10:30 AM, and witnessed active participation from dignitaries, local residents, teachers, and students.

Chief Guests Shri Gururaj Gantihole, Honorable MLA of Byndoor Constituency, and Shri Nagaraj Shetty Jadkal, President of Swayam Spoorthi Foundation, Bengaluru, inaugurated the Skill Development Center. They emphasized the importance of integrating skill development with formal education in today’s evolving world.

During the program, Jnananidhi Educational Trust officially adopted the school and announced plans to support students through improved infrastructure, training programs, and educational development initiatives.

The event was attended by SDMC and members, alumni association representatives, trust officials, local citizens, teachers, and students.

This initiative marks a significant step toward strengthening skill-based education and overall development in government schools.
